Housing Programs: “FROM HOMELESSNESS TO HOMEOWNERSHIP”

Villas of Hope: Permanent Supportive Housing Program: Provides permanent supportive housing to 35 former chronically homeless men.

Project Link: H.O.P.E.’s signature Transitional Housing Program for chronically homeless males. This program is specifically for men who have special needs, including dual diagnoses of substance abuse and/or mental health, HIV/AIDS.

Open Arms: The Open Arms Transitional Housing Program provides housing for Transgendered and MSM persons with Co-occuring Illness living with or without HIV/AIDS.

HOPE CHDO : Operating as a State CHDO (Community Development Housing Organization) H.O.P.E. Through Divine Intervention is making Homeownership a reality in distessed Communities. We specialize in Homes that are customized by our very own designed Built Team which focus Engery efficiency and Green Products reducing cost and improving sustainability.
